Updating of drying system
As part of the modernization process, the control system for the drying plant in Säriswil was completely overhauled. The outdated technology was replaced by a modern control system that significantly simplifies operation and maintenance. Existing components were successfully integrated into the new solution.
The customer benefits from increased operational reliability and flexibility of the plant. The new control system enables precise regulation of the drying processes, is modularly expandable, and corresponds to the latest state of the art. Spare parts are available again and the plant is already ready for connection to higher-level systems. The standardization of the user interface reduces the training effort for new personnel, and automation largely prevents operating errors.
