Our first iDIP application is now being used by Güntensperger Käse AG

By working clo­se­ly with the com­pa­ny, we have suc­cessful­ly laun­ched this appli­ca­ti­on. This solu­ti­on allo­ws pro­duc­tion data to be recor­ded in a struc­tu­red way via a user-fri­end­ly tablet inter­face. This data is stored cen­tral­ly and can be acces­sed at any time via a web appli­ca­ti­on for pur­po­ses such as tracea­bi­li­ty, qua­li­ty con­trol and planning.

Key func­tions of the appli­ca­ti­on include pro­duc­tion con­trol, test equip­ment con­trol, tracea­bi­li­ty, sup­plier eva­lua­ti­on, pro­duc­tion plan­ning, inter­nal labo­ra­to­ry manage­ment and qua­li­ty manage­ment. This crea­tes end-to-end trans­pa­ren­cy across all rele­vant pro­duc­tion processes.
