Mixing installation for producing chocolates, sweets and drageés

The con­trol system for mixing semi-finis­hed pro­ducts used in making cho­co­la­tes, sweets and dra­geés is a core unit in the over­all pro­duc­tion plant of Pia­sten. As part of the updating pro­ject, the exi­sting unit was repla­ced by a new, sta­te-of-the-art pro­cess con­trol system. All the con­trol cabi­nets are based on Hygie­nic Design prin­ci­ples. The very short chan­ge-over peri­od rounds off this deman­ding project.
