Successful acceptance test at Käserei Nietlispach AG in Untereggen

Schmid Auto­ma­ti­on AG suc­cessful­ly instal­led and com­mis­sio­ned a new pro­cess con­trol system at the cheese making faci­li­ty of Käse­rei Niet­lis­pach AG. The new pro­cess con­trol system replaces the lega­cy S5 system from the 1990s. Due to the com­ple­te revamp of the code, the pro­ces­ses were adapt­ed to meet all cur­rent requi­re­ments from the cheese maker. Future impro­ve­ments will be imple­men­ted much more effi­ci­ent­ly and the increa­sed avai­la­bi­li­ty due to the enti­re repla­ce­ment of the con­trol tech­no­lo­gy are only but a few of the bene­fits we crea­ted. Sta­te-of-the-art tech­no­lo­gy deployed here will also gua­ran­tee sus­tainable future system support.
