The sewers and com­bi­ned waste water sewers fee­ding the sewa­ge tre­at­ment plant have a length of 334 kilo­me­t­res. This net­work inclu­des out­sta­ti­ons such as 88 waste water pum­ping sta­ti­ons, 22 rain­wa­ter basins, 26 storm­wa­ter over­flows, 8 mea­su­re­ment points, 12 cul­verts, 2 stack­ing systems, 2 gal­lery weirs and 1 drop shaft.The con­trol system update in the out­sta­ti­ons inclu­ded elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring, the new con­trol panels with new con­trol systems, the new soft­ware and the cen­tra­li­sed inter­lin­king of all sta­ti­ons in the cen­tral system in Altenrhein.
